Have been weight lifting for close to ten years and always had nagging knee pain off and on, it was getting so bad I was thinking about giving up my favorite lifts - squats and lunges. 
After working with Kale a few times and sticking to the PT exercises she gave me, I was in the least amount of knee and hip pain I have been in in years.
Since, I ran the fastest 4 miles I have ever run on with no pain while I was running, ran flights of steps in with no pain, and have been able to lunge and squat, and do wall balls with no pain. 
11/10 would recommend. Kale knows what she is doing and is easily accessible via text.
